Welcome to the new ACF Chefs Las Vegas website. Just as our members are constantly growing, so is our organization, and we are excited to improve and expand this resource to better aid you on your journey.
As we grow, our goal is to help you grow. Food brings people together, and ACF Chefs Las Vegas brings chefs together.
Our members represent all who are involved in the culinary arts in southern Nevada. ACF meetings and events provide an opportunity for contact, discussion and learning between Chefs from all fields, industry professionals, and suppliers.
I myself feel immense gratification to be a contributing member of such a prestigious organization 33 years and counting.
Now, as chapter President, my primary job is to look out for the long-term health of our organization. That means looking outside our walls for trends and taking responsibility for the well-being of our members, in particular our culinarians, by empowering them, and giving them the resources such as education that are required to do their jobs effectively. Through this, we will be able to provide tremendous growth opportunities for all.
But there is no I in team, and with me stands an entire Board of Directors committed to your success… To that end, in 2022, we will focus on the following:
- Enhance a member’s ability to conduct business with integrity and competency
- Expand your connections with national and local renowned chefs
- Present a robust schedule of events so you may network amongst your peers, professionals from our industry
Now is the time for new beginnings, new goals, new challenges, new friendships, and new opportunities. Through all this change, ACF Chefs Las Vegas is here to help you stay on top of the latest in culinary arts.
Together, we can lead change for our membership to prosper and provide top notch networking and education opportunities. I hope you will join us this year, and welcome your thoughts on what you would like to see in 2022.
