We gathered. We noshed. We networked. ACF Chefs Las Vegas met up at College of Southern Nevada for an evening to enjoy great food, good company and check in on our future culinarians. Let’s take a fun look back at the highlights of this fantastic evening.
The Demonstration

A huge shout out to Chef Kimberly McIntosh for her interactive demo with our college and high school culinary students attending our November Nosh & Network event. Chef Kimberly created one of her signature dishes, Karioka with the help of the students. She also took time to connect and chat answering their questions. She knows hard work and passion pays off. MILKFISH Bakeshop received a James Beard Foundation semifinalist nod in 2024.
The Dinner
We had a fine meal prepared by CSN culinary students at Russell’s Restaurant. If you have not been there, check it out. Students handle everything from seating to serving, cooking and clean-up.
