Join us for our May Nosh & Network as we head to The Blooming Bistro – Las Vegas’ newest restaurant serving up hope for at-risk youth. The Blooming Bistro provides on-the-job training for disconnected youth to gain careers in the hospitality industry… they may just be your next new hire!
May is Food Allergy Awareness Month!
Are you ready to serve guests with food allergies—and boost your resume? For this meeting, we have partnered with Restaurant Hospitality Institute to offer you a chance to earn your FAST (Food Allergen Safety Techniques) card. To take advantage of this offer, be sure to add the FAST Card to your ticket type. The class to obtain your FAST card is open to all in hospitality and culinary fields.

✅ Pass the in-person exam at the meeting to get your card (it only takes 10 minutes)!

💰 $35, non-members, $30 for members, FREE for students
