The new year starts deliciously with our first Nosh & Network event!
Mocktails & Morsels ~ A Culinary Mentorship
This month, we’re excited to focus on mentoring high school culinary students from Rancho High School. These talented ProStart students will create a tasting menu for us to enjoy, showcasing their creativity and skills.
In the spirit of Dry January, the students will present a mocktail-making demonstration and tasting. Following that, we’ll nosh on Indigenous-inspired dishes developed by the students.
As these students prepare to compete in Spring 2026, they will present their culinary concepts and welcome feedback from our members—making this a meaningful opportunity to support and mentor the next generation of culinary professionals.
