We were feeling extra festive this holiday season! Huge thanks to Bistro 410 for hosting a wonderful holiday get-together filled with great food, great company, and plenty of cheer. The talented student team treated us to a delicious experience from front of house to back of house—showcasing skill, professionalism, and passion at every turn.
One of the highlights of the evening was celebrating the ACF Chefs Las Vegas Student of the Year 2025, Adam Jacob—a truly well-seasoned and well-deserved honor. Adam’s dedication extends far beyond the culinary classroom, from countless hours volunteering at Chefs for Kids events and leading a doggy ice cream demo for the CSN Culinary Club, to executing events alongside UNLV Executive Chef Mark Sandoval. A Disney Culinary Program intern, Adam even mentored a fellow student through the interview process—helping them land the internship as well. He did all this while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. We are proud to honor him with the 2025 Student of the Year award.

With plenty of holiday cheer and tasty bites to go around, it was a night to remember. Here’s to a bright, delicious, and prosperous 2026!
